Job Description:
- Focus on engaging only in properly qualified opportunities, with very few exceptions.
- Serve as the sole point of contact for Sales in providing Presales support.
- Assist sales in establishing a trusted relationship within the client’s organization.
- Conduct research to thoroughly understand the client's business model.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify and understand the client’s business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align requirements with SAP's and/or partner's solution capabilities.
- Design a solution landscape that aligns with and meets the client’s requirements.
- Deliver clear solution positioning.
- Execute dry runs to ensure the highest quality of presentations to clients.
- Monitor the impact of Presales engagement and provide your perspective on the status and quality of the account.
Requirements:
- Engage in 1-to-many marketing events focused on specific industries or solution areas.
- Cultivate trusted client relationships.
- Stay current on updates in both solutions and industry trends.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive solutions.
- Demonstrate credible presales experience.
- Showcase expertise in end-to-end processes and solution matching.
- Have experience in both sales and presales processes.
- Possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in highlighting the value of SAP solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Have a deep understanding of the SAP Solution offering as a prerequisite.
- Articulate processes effectively in at least two industries.
