The successful incumbent should be a motivated Business Development Manager with a passion to grow a regional portfolio in ASEAN market. Ideally, he/she should have experience in the Intelligent Security or Smart Electronic Lock Solutioning industry.
- Analyze/conduct industry trends, market research and competitors' analysis etc in order to develop and execute effective business development strategy, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Sales and Lead Generation through various channels both online and offline.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish strong relationships with existing customers and develop new bonds with potential clients.
- Prepare proposal, conduct presentations, price negotiation and secure contracts
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage on resources and ensure consistent brand messages and customer experiences
- Develop strategic partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors and other key players in the industry to expand the company's reach and increase brand visibility.
- Sales forecast and reporting
- Other related duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 7- 8 years of working experience with a good track record in business development in the Smart Lock Solutioning, Intelligent Security or related industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed
