Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication among customers, sales, and production fabs. Maintain continuous accessibility for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to uphold a superior level of customer service.
- Participate in on-site customer visits as required. Input customer orders in accordance with purchase orders (POs) and allocated quantities, optimizing shipment quantities and evenly distributing them throughout the month.
- Handle urgent customer orders promptly. Coordinate order cut-overs in response to product change requests from internal or external customers. Manage customer consignment inventory when necessary.
- Execute various tasks related to the order/inquiry entry system, such as adjusting schedules, preparing reports (including hard copies when necessary), and any additional activities essential for successful task completion.
- Anticipate customer reactions to unfavorable schedule confirmations, quality issues, etc. CSRs must address concerns and proactively seek information or actions to satisfy customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and customers to identify the root causes of payment delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirements include a Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Preferably, candidates should possess knowledge of SAP and be familiar with semiconductor industry trends and markets.
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
