Role Purpose
This role will support several programs as directed by the Change Management Lead across APAC. The level of support varies based on the identified program/ project’s needs and may range from an advisory role to being responsible for the planning and delivery of change activities.
This role will support the key initiative OneERP+ as well as other programs underway. Being across various programs and working with in-country stakeholders the Senior Change Manager will gain significant insights over time to effectively inform change management initiatives and contribute to a holistic view of stakeholder impacts across the portfolio of change programs in the APAC region.
Change Management Support OneERP+
The Senior Change Manager is responsible for supporting the organisational change management activities across functional streams as part of a strategic business transformation program - OneERP+.
This will involve working within a broader OneERP+ Change Management team to create, align and implement strategies and plans that maximise adoption throughout the APAC region of new global processes and practices.
This role works alongside a team of Workstream Change Leads and Training and Communication resources and will contribute to the identification, creation and execution of change related activities.
Providing country specific insights will improve the impact and localisation of initiatives and outputs of the broader change management team in OneERP+.
Change Management Support (other initiatives)
The Senior Change Manager is responsible for supporting organisational change management activities across various programs/ projects within the region.
This will involve helping to design and implement change activities and artefacts that create a seamless journey through the change process for our employees, enabling them to build a connection and a sustained commitment to new ways of working.
Reporting to the Change Management Lead, this role will provide country specific insights to manage the impact and support localisation of initiatives and outputs relevant to the local audiences impacted by the changes.
This is a hands-on delivery role and requires an experienced Change Management practitioner who can translate concepts into output and has strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Accountabilities
The responsibilities of this role will vary depending on which programs/ projects they support in which capacity and may comprise of the following aspects:
· Provide change management expertise and leadership to key programs, whilst provide context and input into managing cultural differences across the APAC region.
· Partner with leaders, subject matter experts and employees across the business to understand, plan, design, implement and monitor change that drives success against organisation goals.
· Support the development and delivery of effective change activities leading to highly engaging employee experiences which promote ongoing engagement in change and the corporate strategic direction across APAC.
· Ensure Change Management plans and activities appropriately address country specific needs and differences. Change artefacts and activities are actionable and measurable (this includes e.g. change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change delivery plan, communication plans, change readiness assessment, training, business readiness tracking, resistance management plans).
· Contribute to the development and delivery of employee communications that are engaging, clear and effectively distil complex and big picture information into digestible content, considering cultural and language differences.
· Recognise and manage change risks, issues and dependencies in a timely and effective manner.
· Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand business impacts and enable successful change implementations.
· Be the critical link between business and programs to ensure that regional needs are understood and changes are supported by relevant stakeholders.
· Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change in a timely and effective manner.
· Support the design, development and delivery of training to effectively support impacted stakeholder groups to adopt changes and operate successfully post program implementation. Consider country-specific differences and needs in training methods and delivery approaches.
· Define and report on data-driven success measures demonstrating the effectiveness of change activities and adoption rates.
· Report to project and key stakeholders on change priorities, progress and issues management and provide appropriate briefings to enable informed decision making regarding the planned approaches.
· Provide support and advice to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to increase understanding of change management practices and their role as leaders and advocates for the various initiatives.
· Support program/ project members on the approach, tools and benefits of change and communication management.
· Contribute to the development of a change management practice with change management processes, tools and templates to support the integration and engagement with change management principles across Fujitsu APAC.

Capability and Experience
· Change Management experience (8+ years) in wide scale organisational programs, with previous end to end IT implementations.
· Demonstrated delivery of end-to-end change management approaches and artefacts supporting complex, large scale business and IT transformation programs through all stages of a project lifecycle
· Degree or equivalent work experience, formal qualification in change management discipline such as PROSCI desired
· Excellent stakeholder management skills in managing diverse stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
· Interacts with all stakeholders in ways that demonstrates respect of social and cultural differences
· Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders
· Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environments

· Experience with SAP programs would be an advantage
· Experience working with a number of APAC countries would be preferred – especially recognition of social, language and cultural differences – to assist other team members in their change approaches to the various in-scope countries
· Japanese-language proficiency would be an advantage.
· Knowledge of specific functional areas (Finance, Projects, Sales, Procurement, etc.) would be an advantage.
