Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising and mentoring of staff.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the Centre
- Achieving enrolment targets, programme planning, curriculum development and implementation of health and safety procedures
- Building rapport with parents and stakeholders through active networking.
- Overseeing the maintenance and improvement of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment.
- Reporting to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
- Ensuring compliance with the school policies, regulations, and standards.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma.
- Relevant certificates and supervisory experience in a student care setting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent work ethics and integrity
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and good team player
