We are looking for a capable team player who will provide administrative support, especially in terms of the respective team’s finance tracking. This executive role is for our Clinical Trials Office (CTO) of the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).
Your duties will include:
- Collation of documents and submissions of insurance claims;
- Proper documentation and writing of meeting minutes;
- Maintenance of records and ensuring seamless recovery of data in databases;
- General administrative service in organizing reports (Eg. Safety reports), printing and preparation of submissions;
- Following up on trial payment statuses with the CRAs/sponsors after invoicing is done;
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
- Degree with experience in research or healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge and understanding of PDPA, HBRA and GCP. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to take initiative to learn on the job and manage assignments.
- Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, analytical and mature personality.
- Meticulous, fast and accurate, with an excellent command of English.
- Must possess excellent skills in MS Office, including MS Excel.
