Responsibilities:
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements.
- Source for suitable candidates for Sales Team through job portals, referrals, networking and social media platforms.
- Handle general administrative work for on-boarding of new hires and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Actively involve in organizing training programs and implementing HR process improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or other related field (or equivalent experiences). Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience in Sales and Marketing industries.
- Familiar with MS Office is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, versatile and meticulous, with a proactive and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work and adapt well in a vibrant and dynamic team environment.
