Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 4.30pm ( 1 hr lunch break)

Job Responsibility
Mantain the reception counter in General Office.
• Answering phone calls and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office • Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons
• Manage lost and found items
• Update staff contact list and movement chart
• Prepare letters and documents
• Tidy and maintain cleanliness around the reception area
• Assist with paperwork for any student-related activities
• Knowledge of the use of door system access is an added advantage
• Perform other related administrative duties as required.
Job Requirement
1) Receptionist
• Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level (3 subjects including English)
• At least three (3) years experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment
• General computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
