Company Details:
We are currently working with our client, which is a boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm based in Singapore. They provide a range of bespoke services, such as Pre-IPO, IPOs, M&As & secondary fund raising and financial advisory, to mid-cap companies. Currently, they are looking for a Head of IPO to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and supervising the execution of IPOs, RTOs, Continuing Sponsorship and other corporate finance activities.
- Responsible for overseeing and conducting due diligence and review of corporate governance arrangements.
- Review and approve documents submission to the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or related fields.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate finance advisory work and requisite IPO experience.
- Must have completed at least 5 IPO/RTO execution deals in the past 10 years in a managerial or supervisory position, where the bank/CF house acted as "Issue Manager" or “Sponsor”.
- M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients will be an added advantage.
Job Location: Singapore (On-Site)
Pay Range: Up to SGD 20,000 / month
