Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistics and Freight Fowarding industry. They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee/Guide a team focused on sales and customer service to meet company targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and attain performance objectives
- Conduct monthly pipeline sessions, periodic performance reviews, and annual appraisals
- Establish personalized sales targets and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Provide direction to the company’s sales support team on addressing customer claims
- Hire potential sales personnel for the company; defining their goals, delivering training, and monitoring performances
- Formulate/Implement strategies to accomplish the company’s revenue targets and KPIs
- Broaden the company’s customer base, and enhance the achieved profitability
- Identify potential customers for the company, and develop/maintain relationships with them
- Monitor/Report the team’s sales goals and achievements to the company’s key stakeholders
- Prepare the necessary management reports for the company’s key stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and activities, identifying/implementing potential product improvements or new offerings for the company
- Implement improvement plans through personalized training for team member
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in any relevant field of studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Freight Forwarding sales experience
- Possesses strong leadership and people management skills
