Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, 1 saturday in one month half day morning.

Job Description:
• To be responsible for the smooth operations of medical record loan requests, data management and medical report transactions.
• To ensure medical records are maintained through proper identification, filing, storage, culling and disposal.
• To process hard copy medical records for scanning and verification of post scan records (some lifting of heavy medical records occasionally may be required)
• To cover clinic duties adhoc
• To perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course
