Looking for a Marketing Sales In-Charge in Singapore for marketing into China market. This candidate plays a crucial role in overseeing and implementing marketing strategies and activities tailored specifically to the China market. Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our Company from China market. This candidate needs to possess a deep understanding of China Market’s consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
Job Overview:
- Conduct extensive market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies in China market.
- Able to bring our products to sell in China market through Digital Marketing strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and annual plan for the China market aligned with the global brand objectives.
- Define clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and budget allocation for various marketing initiatives.
- Adapt global marketing campaigns and messaging to resonate with the China market audience while respecting cultural sensitivities.
- Ensure all marketing materials, including content, advertisements, and promotions, are localized for the China market.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage all the social media platforms (xiaohongshu, douyin etc)
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation in the China market.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach.
- Manage the marketing budget for the China market, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with local marketing regulations and ensure all marketing activities comply with China region laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (3-4 years) in marketing and social media, with a significant portion of that experience in marketing roles focused on the China market.
- Strong knowledge of China market’s consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market trends.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies in China market.
