Job Description:
- Verify and process purchase orders and facilitate the processing of sales orders.
- Generate Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Handle cash and cheque collections, maintain a daily sales register file, manage banking transactions, and liaise with the finance team.
- Manage local purchases for resale, initiate payment requests, and follow up on payments.
- Provide support for the daily operations of the Sales and Administration Department.
- Undertake administrative tasks, including general filing, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments with local and overseas forwarders.
- Carry out additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum āNā Level.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
- Working hours: Mon ā Fri, 9am ā 6pm
