Roles & Responsibilities
1) Assist passengers to check-in at various airline counters
2) Assisting in check-in procedures as well as printing of boarding passes
3) Assisting in departure gate duties such as checking of boarding passes and travel documents
4) Provide chauffeuring services to the CEO and his guests / visitors as and when required
5) Run errands for CEO when necessary
6) Maintain cleanliness of the car at all times, including sending the car for servicing and cleaning
7) Daily upkeep of the car, including topping up petrol and cash card value
8) Maintain the vehicle on a regular basis to ensure good working condition
9) Ensure that safety and comfort are always a priority
10) Ad hoc duties as assigned
Other requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years of experience working in a TRAVEL AGENT
2) Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with excellent safe driving skills and clean driving record would be preferred
3) At least 3 years of relevant experience as personal driver is highly preferred.
4) Good navigation skills
5) Safe and legal driving practices at all times
6) Discipline, punctual, honest, hardworking, responsible and good attendance
7) Bilingual in both English & Mandarin to liaise with and support the CEO
8) Able to work according to CEO’s schedule and be flexible in working hours
9) Friendly & pleasant disposition
10) Customer service oriented
11) Able to work as a team player, also can handle multi-tasking
12) Able to work independently
13) Excellent problem solving
