Job Description
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and improve shared game services, including payment, authentication, etc.
- Understand and take ownership of products with minimum guidance if required, and keep iteration and evolution to let the products adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and local teams to improve quality of products and operation.
- Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle with minimum guidance if required and ensure timely deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or any other relevant field.
- Product management experience (preferably from the Internet industry relating to consumer-facing website, apps, etc.) or any other relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in agile development process is highly preferred.
- Proven experience on a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs is highly preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking.
- Team player with positive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-have:
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and technologies.
- Experience in payment solutions or authentication.
- Intuitive understanding and interest in UX design.
