Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR activities
- Recommend effective & efficient organization structure and development plans
- Perform workforce planning, establish and maintain an effective recruitment and selection system
- Maintain and review compensation and insurance schemes to ensure competitiveness and equitability within the industry
- Payroll Processing in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Establish and maintain a performance management system to motivate and reward staff according to performance
- Establish and maintain and effective training and development system to ensure that staff are trained and developed to their jobs competently
- Establish, maintain and review administration of employee benefits and welfare activities to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures as well as compliance with statutory requirements
- Facilitate organizational changes to help the Company achieve its organizational goals
- Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep top management informed of new developments and make the necessary recommendations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources
- At least 5 years’ of HR Generalist experience
- Hands on experience in Human Resource Management and Planning, Training Needs Analysis and Performance Management
- Good understanding of Employment Act, Work Injury Compensation Act, Personal Data Protection Act
- Strong knowledge in legal and statutory requirements related to human resources
- Forward-thinking with good analytical skills
