Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between organisation and customers, assessing customer’s needs, providing product information, and resolving any potential emerging problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (emails, phone calls, etc.), responding efficiently to customer inquiries and providing accurate and complete information
- Handle customer grievances by providing timely solutions and alternatives and following up to ensure resolution, while ensuring interests of all stakeholders are not compromised
- Maintain records customer interactions and process customer accounts, through general record keeping and filing duties
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, taking the extra mile to engage customers
Skills Required
- Active listener and strong ability to assess customers’ needs and wants
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters while fulfilling the interest of all stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Other Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Track record of achieving set targets/quotas and beyond
- Singaporean
- Proven experience in customer experience, customer service, or any other customer support related roles
Estimated Salary: $2500 to $3500 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)
