Responsibilities (partial/full set of Accounts)
- Prepare partial/ full set monthly accounts and related schedules,
- Bank reconciliation, inventory reconciliation monthly
- Prepare month end general and bank journals,
- To perform ad-hoc duties being assigned from time to time,
- Support year end audit.
Roles & Responsibilities (AR+AP)
- Download platform order and payment reports monthly (etc Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Zalora, Tiktok, shopify),
- Record all platform sales, payment, platform fees, shipping charges, commission fee, etc in ERP monthly,
- Record all platforms sales parcel and return quantity in excel analysis report,
- To match all platforms payment, goods returned versus monthly sales,
- Prepare the monthly/adhoc platform spending (Lazada sponsored affiliate, discovery top up, Shopee value add, etc)
- Prepare monthly promotion fund report to Finance Manager and sales team,
- Ensure AP invoices and credit notes all key to ERP,
- AP monthly/adhoc payments accordingly to credit term given,
- Ensure tax invoices accurate for all platforms expenses on commission fee, shipping fee and service fees.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA partial or equivalent
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in managing Lazada/Shopee online platforms is highly desired.
- Possess good working knowledge MS Office applications in particular Excel skills and preferably Microsoft Dynamic.
- Work independently, a team-oriented player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits positive mindset and maturity to cope with changes in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Distribution/Retail Industry and Ecommerce accounting is preferred
