We are an e-commerce logistics company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong. We are hiring a full-time customer service executive for Quick Delivery Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily jobs dispatch to drivers
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure customers' enquiries are attended to
- Provide advisory to drivers or evaluate changes
- Coordinate between drivers, customers and partners
- Ensure exceptions are resolved
- Perform any ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in Coordination related work experience
- Able to start work in short notice
- Familiar with Singapore roads and locations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- This role is open to Singaporeans only
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary - $2000 (Probation) to $2300 (Confirmation)
- Shift Allowance - $8 per working day for eligible shift
- Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absence)
- Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depending on performance appraisal
- Tenure allowance - after 1st/2nd/3rd yr anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances
- E.g. a 2nd yr tenure employee receives $340/mth, a 1st yr tenure employee receives $170/mth on top of basic salary.
- Meal Allowance for overtime more than 2 hours on top of normal working hours - $10
- Overtime pay eligible
Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
You will be assigned to the following roster below.
- Monday to Friday: 11am to 8pm, Sunday: 8am to 12pm (Eligible Shift Allowance)
