Responsibilities
- Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
- Plan and execute bike movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
- Update data in systems and maintain records of sales transactions, including record keeping and filing duties for, insurance, road tax, and other transaction details
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary operations support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of motorcycle sales and leasing processes
Other Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 2 license
- Dependable able to multi-task
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Able to think critically
- Singaporean, prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
