Duration: 5.5-month contract
Salary: up to $3,100
Office location: Bugis
Working hours*: 9am to 6.30pm (Mon-Thu) and 9am to 6pm (Fri)
*May have to work on weekends & public holiday on urgent project
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic communications for NLB’s programmes, events and announcements, including developing communications plans, talking points, nuanced messages, preparing media materials and identifying publicity opportunities.
- Assist in proactive publicity and media pitching, including facilitating media interviews and working with media on their requests and queries.
- Manage digital communications including copywriting as well as editing web and social media content.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Communications
- At least 2 years of prior working experience in communications is preferred
- Strong command of English and good writing skills
- Self-starter, adaptable, meticulous, analytical and creative mind
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Highly-driven and enjoy working in a challenging environment
