Job Description
1) Developing a competent team with diverse talents range to become market leader in Electronics, Infrastructure & Chemicals industry for South-East Asia, Oceania and India
• Managing and motivating staff and resource allocation to achieve targets.
• Setting Division targets and monitoring performance and imposing management control process Improving system and process needed for continuous enhancement in performance.
• Planning for staff development and ensure on-going succession planning.
2) Ensure Operations efficiency and smoothness
• Manage and ensure the overall sales efficiency in meeting company's set target.
• Manage and ensure the overall stock efficiency in meeting company's set target.
• Support the Accounts Department in achieving payment collection efficiency in meeting company's target.
3) CRM maintenance of key customers accounts
• Maintain and manage a trained and marketing orientated workforce to ensure customer service and satisfaction is given emphasis.
• Maintain good relationship and relationship management program.
• Regular business review and relationship building with key customer higher management team.
• Managing and leading Division to achieve key customer satisfaction programs such as on time delivery, responsiveness, and service quality.
4) Marketing activities for Electronics, Infra and Chemical related
• Analysing and identifying market and customer scope for development of existing and new business Formulate and execute new business development strategy and plan.
• Operationally engaged in the business development process and support development process.
• Lead and coach Product Management & Marketing (PMM) group in implementing and executing plan.
5) Meet Sales Budget, Sales Efficiency and POAs KPIs
• Conduct in depth environment analysis, and competitor and market study.
• Formulate mid term to long term goals and strategies.
• Impose strategic control to manage performance to be consistent with set goals.
• Maintain competitive advantage of company and ensure continuous business vibrancy and market performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior General Manager in Marketing & Sales or similar executive role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
