Job Description:
Recruitment and selection (i.e Singapore Nursing Board and Work Pass processing)
- Conducting of interviews
- On-boarding and off-boarding process
- Update of staff information in HRIS
- Dormitory matters
- Preparation of HR reports
- Coordinating of performance management exercises
- Training administration
- Insurance matters
- Payrolls matters
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resource/Business or similar w min 2-3 yrs of relevant HRBP experience
