Responsibility:
- Manage daily operations within warehouse
- Maintain close working relationship with customer
- Monitor progress, productivity and KPIs set for staff and department.
- Good supervisory skills, able to manage an operations team.
- Keep track and implement processes, check on quality
- Evaluate and provide staff development plans, process implementation & improvement, manage inventory, cost and expenses
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of WMS system and other Microsoft applications
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of inventory management and warehouse leading roles.
- Good communication skills for customer engagement
- Set KPIs and review
