Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality perspectives and video-clip presentations for both large-scale urban design and architectural projects
• Prepare schematic design from sketches and as directed
• Translate schematic design to accurate details drawings
• Prepare submission drawings and making electronic submission to relevant authorities
• Prepare detail, tender and construction drawings on AutoCAD and Revit software
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in architecture / engineering, and efficient in building drafting
• Minimum 3 years working experience as drafter.
• Experiences in both large-scale urban design and building-scale architectural projects
• Hand-on experience and proficiency in Autocad and BIM/Revit
• Proficient in model-making (SketchUp, Rhino), rendering software (Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Suites and Microsoft Suites
• Parametric design skills would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of building regulations and codes
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
