Syfe is looking for an HR Intern who will be the internal culture ambassador in Syfe. You will support the HR and administration functions such as, benefits, engagement, performance review, and employee end to end lifecycle. Additionally, you will support the delivery of HR strategies & initiatives. Responsibilities
- Be a champion of Syfe’s company vision, mission and values
- Support best-in-class experience for onboarding, orientation, employee engagement and off boarding
- Support recruitment activities, including Intern outreach, job postings, shortlisting and interview arrangements
- Support benefits administration, including managing of employee medical insurance, ensuring well-stocked pantry and ordering bi-weekly breakfast
- Support in IT and office administration matters
- Support Culture Building through organising and facilitating company-wide events
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the major social media platforms
- Candidates should be available for at least a 3-month internship period
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in business or related field.
- Candidates in unrelated field but with strong interest in HR, or looking for a career switch to HR, are welcome to apply as well
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take initiative
- Independent and task-oriented
