Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for ICT positions.
- Translate technical requirements into effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract ICT professionals.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and conduct technical assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and specific skill set needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and engage with relevant online communities.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 -3 years experience in hiring tech talents
- Work independently but also a great team player.
- Believe in data driven results.
- Have a creative and innovative mindset to think of different ways to improve our recruitment approaches, processes, and strategies.
