Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers, sales executives, financial institutions, relationship managers, and other stakeholders for successful loan submission, disbursement, and repayment with accurate loan documents and other loan related matters
- Perform operations work from processing of loan requests to successful disbursement and repayment of loans
- Oversee overall loan procedure, updating processes to maximise efficiency to all stakeholders and align to latest relevant legislation
- Update loan data in systems and maintain records of loan transactions, including general record keeping and filing duties
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary loan support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Team player with positive work attitude
Estimated Salary: $2300 to $3300
