Position Overview:
AMGD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Customer Service Executive to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business through strategic partnerships, while also ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
· Advancing Sustainability Through Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations that share our commitment to sustainability. Actively seek collaborations that promote circular economy practices within the food industry, contributing to a more sustainable supply chain.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
· Create compelling business proposals and presentations to pitch AMGD's services to potential partners and clients.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that emphasize AMGD's sustainability initiatives and encourage conscious consumerism.
· Develop and implement business strategies that not only drive revenue growth but also contribute to AMGD's sustainability objectives, such as reducing carbon footprint and promoting responsible sourcing.
· Actively seek out opportunities for AMGD to engage in community outreach and sustainable development projects, aligning our business goals with positive social and environmental impact.
Customer Service:
· Oversee and manage the end-to-end customer service process, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
· Implement and maintain customer service standards that align with AMGD's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
· Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve products and services.
· Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their product knowledge and service delivery.
· Utilize customer insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and product improvements.
· Contribute to the creation of educational materials for customers, showcasing the positive environmental impact of choosing AMGD's sustainable products.
Admin Duties:
· Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize waste, collaborating with suppliers to ensure adherence to AMGD's sustainability standards.
· Manage basic HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
· Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and office supply maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development and customer service roles, preferably within the e-commerce or food industry.
· Strong understanding of sustainability practices and a passion for promoting environmentally conscious business operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
