Job Responsibilities:
- Year-end Variable Bonus, AWS tasks and Performance Bonus tasks including preparing, uploading, and checking of letters.
- Leave-related tasks including pulling of reports on leave taken and leave balance for 2023, as well as crediting of certain special leave to employees in the system.
- IRAS-related tasks including checking and publishing of reports. As this is the first year, IRAS will be reported via 2 systems and will need the additional support to do counter-checking and ensure accuracy of data.
- Survey-related tasks from MOM and other institutions, if any.
- Insurance-related tasks, if any.
- Monthly submission of new joins and resignees name lists to MHC and GE
- Support payroll administrative tasks such as consolidating new hire and resignee data, consolidating OT and Relief Claims, creation of monthly OT Claim forms and so on.
- Approval of Medical Claims on a regular basis.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Period:
- 4 months contract

- 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), inclusive of an hr lunch break
Salary:
- Up to $2300
