Job Description:
- Part of the Agency Business Development Team on implementation of business development framework and activities to drive corporate objectives.
- Tracking and consolidating result for business development and leads conversion activities.
- Coordinate the clearance process of Agency branch’s presentation and digital materials to drive business development activities.
- Bridge data gaps and tracking support on ad-hoc sales activities for the sales management purposes.
- Coach & guide the ground on Agency Management SOP & sales advisory guidelines to cultivate a fit and proper sales force.
- Assist in implementing system changes, digital projects whenever required to move the team towards digital transformation goals.
- Create communication and presentation materials to support sales activities, drive mindset changes and achieve corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- Able to start in Jan
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
