This post will be under the Electricity Generation Infrastructure Branch, Electricity Systems Department, Energy Infrastructure Division.
Responsibilities:
•Formulate and implement plans to manage and coordinate new generation capacity to ensure the adequacy and resilience of Singapore's Power System
•Facilitate, monitor and ensure timely implementation of generation planting projects
•Monitor the development commercially available generation technologies and assess their suitability for deployment in Singapore's Power System
Requirements:
•Specialisation in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant Engineering qualifications
•Team player with strong interpersonal, communication (i.e. written and spoken) and analytical skills
•Self-motivated and possess a problem-solving mindset to find innovative and practical solutions, and able to work under tight timelines
•Prior experience with power generation development would be an advantage
