Responsibilities
- Supports managers and clients through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
- Scanning of documents, maintain proper recording and filing
- Manage and liaise with the clients regarding the Training & test date for the workers.
- Familiar with submission of government-related grants in the construction industry.
- Perform other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in administrative works
- Possess good customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS office
- Willing to work 5.5days work week
- Willing to work in fast pace environment
- Able to start immediately will be preferred
