Job Description
- Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
- Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.) via ERP system
- Assist with GST submission
- Assist in banking-related matters
- Processing payroll via HRMS system
- Assist in Work Pass Applications
- And any other assigned accounting related duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
- Preferably with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with ERP/HR/Payroll software such as MYOB will be advantageous
