- Lead a team of warehouse and administration staff to perform warehousing operations.

- Perform day to day operations, to make sure daily orders are fulfilled within timeline.

- Forklift license required
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Able to communicate in Mandarin - to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues & vendors
- Able to handle heavy load of goods.
- Upkeep cleanliness and maintenance of vehicle and send it for servicing when required
- Liaise with relevant departments on daily operations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Able to start work immediately.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations for personal care or any other related industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate as a team to achieve results
- Responsible & Punctual
- Some experience in office administration
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- With driving license class 3 preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy load goods
- Working Schedule
- Monday-Saturday Half Day, 5.5 Days
- Monday: 9am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm
- Conduct stock take periodically
