Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with team members to analyze problems and needs (Time will be given and OJT)
- Estimate effort and evaluate risks of projects and tasks (Training Provided relevant to our business)
- Clearly document and communicate work completed
- Resolve issues effectively and in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Have high communicative ability in at least 2 languages
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong self-motivation with an ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to be in the field
- Willingness to work from anywhere in the field
- Safety-minded
