Job Description
We are seeking team members to join us in expanding to Singapore, we need someone experienced in E-commerce, especially in mom and baby, children, furniture sector, good with customers, and familiar with logistics in Singapore and surrounding countries.
- Responsible for the growth of the E-commerce business
- Manage eCommerce website and online marketplaces, logistics, sales & marketing
- Daily monitoring of order/delivery fulfillment, payments, inventory management, Back-office inquiries, refunds or disputes in orders
- Answer and solve customers' questions
- Liaise with the designer to update e-commerce creatives (banner/artwork) for the promotional campaign
- Generate analysis and sales reports on a regular basis
- Uploading and maintaining product listings, including product images, product information (description, price, SKU) , tagging of categories
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Maintain customer relationship databases
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Liaising with SEO/SEM agency when needed
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience. Furniture, 3C, Designer brand, and Interior Design sectors will be preferred.
- Be familiar with Southeast Asia e-commerce industry trends, e-commerce platforms, E-Commerce enablers, and logistics.
- An all-rounder in sales & marketing, and logistics, familiar with e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, not just Singapore.
