Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore office.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
On-site Project Coordination:
- Able to work comfortably and independently at construction site environment.
- Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with both the main and sub-contractors.
- Attend coordination meetings.
- Supervise and update project manager on site installation progress.
- Liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers for on-site material delivery.
Documentation:
- Prepare, submit and monitoring of catalogues approval status.
- Prepare, submit and monitoring of shop drawings approval status.
- Prepare, submit and monitoring of Risk Assessment and Method of Statement approval status.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documents for main contractor / RTO inspection.
- Update BoQ and monitoring of inventories movement.
Drafting support:
- To prepare shop drawings, detail drawings and schematic drawings using Autocad.
