- Responsible for full sets of accounts and ensure all the journals, AP, AR and billing as well as monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules are submitted promptly and accurately
- Prepare yearly audit report and supporting files for review, liaise with auditors on all audit issues and queries relating to the company
- Prepare quarterly GST return schedule to ensure statutory compliance
- Prepare annual income tax schedule and liaise with tax agent for the income tax filing
- Liaise with company secretary for necessary documentation
- Liaise with IT personnel to resolve any uncaptured sales transaction or any system related issues
- Prepare HQ reporting and internal management reporting as and when required
- Review and improve on current work processes/reporting for better efficiency
- Responsible for monthly and yearly account closing
- Any other ad hoc duties or projects as per assigned by superior
