Responsibilities:
• Main lead for the following system:
o QHSE system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Maintain the framework and certification
- Manages the document control system
- Lead the yearly internal/external audits
- Maintain the CPAR (Corrective prevention action) Log
- Participate in enhancement to process performance i.e. review processes and SOPs etc.
- Coordinate and consolidate yearly customer survey
- Lead the yearly vendor evaluation exercise
o ABMS- Anti Bribery Management System (ISO 37001)
- Liaise with group compliance on all matters and submission
- Perform background check on stakeholders
- Yearly internal and external audits
o Enterprise Risk management (ERM)
- Liaise with group ERM on all matters and submission
- Review and maintain the company risk register
o Business Crisis Management (BCM)
- Liaise with group BCM on all matters and submission
- Lead all BCP activities
• Management and Business support
o Assists in preparation for Monthly Business review and Quarterly Management Reviews.
- Coordinate and consolidate reports from all departments
- Coordinate the meeting and minutes taking
o Coordinate and consolidate the submission of potential project reports from all departments
o Renew the certifications and licenses for business operation
• Contract Administrator:
o Document controller for all signed contracts
o Maintain the register for all signed contracts
o Admin control for all original contracts
o Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements *:
• Bachelor's degree (B.S / B.A) or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Quality/Process/ ERM/BCM role in an ISO certified facility.
• Possess ISO9001 Certified Internal Auditor
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task various projects at the same time and remain poised and calm under pressure
• Position requires the individual to be able to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally; can easily grasp viewpoints from different stakeholders
