Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of two in executing strategic marketing campaigns to meet the brand's overarching objectives.
- Formulate efficient regional ATL strategies and implement marketing campaigns to meet the broad objectives of the brand.
- Initiate entry into new markets to boost growth.
- Work in tandem with in-market teams and maintain close partnerships with cross-functional teams to align and deploy brand strategies and communications, ensuring brand plans are optimally impactful.
- Leverage data analytics and ROI considerations to propel digital marketing.
- Cultivate social media channels, brand/marketing websites, mobile platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Take charge of crafting digital assets, with hands-on involvement in shaping brand concepts, campaigns, and social and digital media.
- Proven experience collaborating with external media and creative agencies in asset development and providing suggestions for improvements in media plans.
- Demonstrable ability in using Google Analytics to track relevant metrics and making proactive adjustments in assets and media plans to meet defined targets.
- Oversee regional marketing budget, provide monthly reports on marketing efficiency and weekly updates on project status.
- Assist in creating marketing presentations and reports, perform consumer analysis, and monitor the performance of new product brands against targets and forecasts.
- Examine consumer trends, conduct competitor analysis, and foster brand ecosystem development.

- Minimum Degree in Marketing.
- At least 7 years of related experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with creative agencies is highly desirable.
- Experience working with creative agencies is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce environment and emerging trends.
