Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Oil & Chemical Industry
  • Position Title: Sales Support Executive / Sales and Customer Service Support Executive
  • Working Location: Boon Lay (Return MRT Transfers Provided)
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 am – 5:30 pm)
  • Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of sales offer and pricing for each client.
  • Interpret client-specific invoicing needs, particularly for electronic procurement systems, and ensure compliance with purchasing cycles and billing formats.
  • Conduct quality checks on invoice calculations and accompanying documentation before issuance.
  • Track unbilled work and manage project status for timely and accurate billing.
  • Perform quarterly audits on accounts with complicated invoicing requirements to maintain billing integrity.
  • Recommend and apply current technology to streamline billing systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Facilitate order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve complaints, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to guarantee effective service delivery.
  • Stay informed and continuously learn about products and services to enhance sales support and customer advisement.
  • Support Sales in gathering and collating market intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports and other administrative documentation as required.

  • Degree / Diploma in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chains, or Engineering.
  • IT savvy in MS Office and IOT.
  • Mature and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a highly dynamic customer service environment.
