Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the machine/ equipment, and troubleshoot equipment malfunction
- Conduct routine inspection, servicing schedule and preventive measures
- Directs the preparation in designs, plans, specifications, reports, and estimates for various engineering projects.
- Adhering to all safety and performance regulations
- Work closely with operation staff and ensures compliance with manufacturing practices.
- Require to provide standby support/ remote support
- Willing to work on shift
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Experience/Skills Required :
- Familiar with Siemen S7 PLC programming and use of software WinCC flexible. Familiar with Profibus and Profinet application.
- Work experience requirements, generally more than 2 years of related equipment maintenance experience
- Strong hands-on ability, a solid electrical theory basis, able to deal with power failures in time, and make power equipment operate normally
- Understand the principle and structure of the equipment through circuit diagrams, and be familiar with the performance of various power equipment;
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. (Bilingual in English and Chinese)
