Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development of Nature’s Farm E-commerce business units, overseeing platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and brand.com stores. This role involves creating and executing e-commerce calendars, managing product launches, and maintaining a consistent online presence. Additionally, you'll be responsible for digital advertising strategies, conducting market research, and optimizing ad creatives.

Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management
- Lead the strategic development of Nature’s Farm E-Commerce business units, including, but not limited to, Shopee, Lazada, and brand.com stores.
- Develop an annual e-commerce calendar aligned with the main marketing calendar and execute promotion plans.
- Execute all product launches in adherence to the e-commerce calendar with the objective of building brand awareness, recruiting new customers, retaining existing customers, and increasing overall online sales.
- Manage the e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creating new product listings and updating existing ones, ensuring information is consistently updated across all platforms.
- Formulate strategies to drive relevant traffic to brand.com and optimize conversions.
- Maintain close working relationships with platform account managers and actively seek out opportunities that contribute to the company’s revenue objectives.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce sales performance, including the maintenance of yearly reports and presentations.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries originating from online platforms.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Paid Traffic
- Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to meet specific business goals, such as lead generation, e-commerce sales, or brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid traffic efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers on ad creatives (both text and visual) for various online platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad networks.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for maximum performance.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting parameters as needed.
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Define and refine audience segments for display advertising and social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in any business-related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in the management of e-commerce platforms/business.
- Candidates with an FMCG background are highly preferred.
- Experience in Google/Facebook ad buying.
- Good knowledge of SEO/SEM principles.
Candidates with higher calibres will be offered as Senior E-Commerce Executive.
