- Position Title: Customer Service Operator (Work From Home)
- Working Location: Remote
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, Alternate Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests and Sale Executives are properly informed of any request.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients!
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
