Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Working Location: Queenstown
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation and implementation of administrative and strategic processes to support the Institute’s international activities for our campuses and foster international relations.
- Work in a dynamic team and report to the Head of International Management.
- Lead and develop relations with international partners, organise and follow up meetings and visits by senior visitors, and write country/ organisational reports for internal and external parties.
- Copywriting and translation of the Russian language.
- Provide operational support for existing projects.
- Maintain relations with overseas stakeholders, and lead events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the service industry
- Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with all levels of staff
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
