We are looking for a Client Services Operations Executive for our APAC team. The individual will partner with various stakeholders such as Client Services Managers, System Integrators to ensure the operations data is updated timely. The individual plays an important role and go-to-person for the Consultant’s queries on staffing resources. The individual will be able to produce, maintain and analyze data for business decision making.


Key responsibilities:

· Collaborate with hiring managers and external System Integrators in the APAC region to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.

· Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other candidate evaluations until a decision is taken to hire the candidate.

· Ensure the quality of candidates & partners records, databases and generate reports regularly.

· Produce data & analysis on the activity to management.

· Manage the contract of services of external resources.

· Manage the consultant’s onboarding and be the first point of contact for administrative enquiries during the mission.

· Liaise with external partners & Financial department for invoicing control.

· Ensure the staffing operations/processes are diligently executed.

· Manage the monthly consistency checks to control data quality.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of processes & tools.

· Build & maintain documentation & guidelines of our internal processes or new features implemented.

· Provide first level of support to users of staffing resources (tools & documentation).


To be successful in the role, you should possess/be:

· Diploma in business management or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (candidates open to switch to FinTech industry are welcome to apply)

· Strong knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of macros VBA would be advantageous)

· Good knowledge of web tools such as Wiki (Atlassian)

· Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information systems

· Strong interpersonal skills & a pleasant personality to collaborate with Senior management and external partners.

· Proactive, autonomous to take ownership of internal activities.
