Job Description:
- Take charge of the daily smooth operation of the ward.
- Plan, organise, implement, supervise and evaluate nursing care programme and services rendered.
- Take responsibility for the welfare and safety of patients by ensuring that all safety policies and procedures followed.
- Take corrective and preventive actions where necessary to eliminate or minimise the cause of existing or potential critical problems identified.
- Conduct periodic checks on staff on their learning journal and identify staff learning needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing
- At least 5 years' experience as Senior Staff Nurse or above
