Job Scope :
· Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government people, politicians, etc.
· Coordinating offshore operations and projects between Singapore and China team.
· Managing communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore (Singapore and China) teams.
· Ensuring compliance with offshore regulations, policies, and procedures.
· Monitoring project progress, timelines, and budgets.
· Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to offshore operations.
· Facilitating offshore logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.
· Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
· Conducting oversea site visits or inspections, if required.
· Providing regular reports and updates to management or clients.
· Maintaining documentation and records related to offshore activities.
Requirements :
· Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector where offshore operations are conducted.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English to effectively interact with both onshore and offshore teams.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues related to offshore operations.
· Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences when working with oversea corporate team
· Analytical Skills: Capability to analyse data, metrics, and project information to make informed decisions.
· Adaptability: Willingness to work in offshore environments, which may involve travel, remote locations, or different time zones.
· Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities to coordinate and motivate offshore teams.
