Job Summary:
- Industry: Retail Store Furniture
- 5.5 days work per week
- Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
- Basic up to $4500 + AWS/VB
- Ubi Avenue
Responsibility:
- Take responsibility for account servicing, ensuring that project deliverables align with contract terms.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that efficiently allocate required resources.
- Lead, monitor, and implement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, workmanship standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements.
- Maintain control over project expenditures, keeping them within budgeted costs and targeted margins.
- Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation activities.
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Experience in liaising with subcontractors and clients
- Min 2 of related project management at site experience
